ART PROJECT «SOUNDS OF THE KREMLIN»

Sound installations that fill the territory of the «Kazan Kremlin» Reserve-Museum, hail modern age from the past and resonate the colorful polyphonic history. The sounds coming from different historical epochs revitalize the kaleidoscope of events, reveal the fate of the Kazan Kremlin through tumultuous times.

Installation «Performance of our time»

The installation is dedicated to the project of the pioneer of multimedia art – the legendary student design bureau (SDB) “Prometheus”, created in the 1960s in Kazan. The audiovisual theater was deployed in various historical places of the city. The last chord of the experimental action was the spectators’ stepping on the observation deck, where they were invited to look around them, at every detail, and see in everything around them the main performance of our modernity – «living life».

An audioguide is a convenient and easily accessible way to get acquainted with the Kazan Kremlin.

The price for renting an audioguide: 350 ₽ (audioguide, headphones, map)

The audioguide is available at the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve's ticket office, which is located in the Spasskaya Tower.
Ticket Office operating hours: from 8:00 to 20:00

To use the audioguide, you must leave a document (driving license or pension certificate) or a cash deposit in the amount of 2000 ₽ as a pledge.
