The audioguide is purposed for the self-acquaintance with the exhibition «The Avant-garde. To the 21st Century by Cart». This project is devoted to the unbelievable discovery of the exhibition «The New Art», which had been forgotten in the Vyatka Governorate for 100 years.
With the audioguide, you will be able to immerse yourself in the culture of the first two decades of the 20th century and learn in depth about masterpieces by brilliant representatives of early Soviet art such as Nicolay Feshin, Vasily Kandinskiy, Alexander Rodchenko, Ivan Kliun, Lubov Popova, and other masters.
You will also learn about three different painting trends in the first quarter of the 20th century: the realistic tradition, the avant-garde search, and the abstract method, as well as the Kazan school’s contribution to the development of Russian avant-garde art.
