This map displays museums and exhibition halls, ramps, ascents and descents, and accessible WCs. Due to historical peculiarities, the conditions for people with different disabilities visiting our sites will differ.

TICKETS

Entrance to museums and exhibition halls:

  • Children with disabilities — free of charge.
  • Visitors with disability groups I and II — free of charge.
  • Person accompanying a disabled visitor — free of charge.

Accompanying visitors who exceed the norm (more than one accompanying person for each disabled person) pay for tickets based on the price for the visit.

Benefits and privileges are granted upon the presentation of supporting documents.

TOURS FOR GROUPS OF VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES

If you are planning a one-time group visit to the museum reserve, please send email to kazan.kremlin@tatar.ru, no later than 7 days before the visit.

GETTING HERE

The Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve is in the centre of Kazan. When searching through the navigator, focus on the towers through which the territory is entered: the Tainitskaya Tower (access from 6:00 to 20:00) and the Spasskaya Tower (round-the-clock access).

How can I get here by car?

Focus on the Spasskaya Tower. The nearest parking is near the Kazan Circus. It is prohibited to enter the Museum-Reserve by car.

How can I get here by Metro (Underground)?

The nearest Metro Station to the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve is Kremlevskaya Station. When exiting the Metro, turn right and go up the stairs.

How can I get here by public transport?

Central Stadium Bus Stop/ Kremlevskaya Metro Station: buses 6, 15, 29, 35, 37, 47, 74, 75, trolleybus 2

Baturin Street Bus Stop: buses 22, 28, 28а, 89

WHEELCHAIR

If necessary, you can use a wheelchair. To do this, contact the Visitor Centre, located at the first entrance of the building of Prisutstvennye Mesta.
To obtain a wheelchair, you must present a certificate of benefits and leave any identification document (excluding a passport) as a deposit. At the end of your visit to the Museum-Reserve, you must return the wheelchair and take back your deposit.
