The tour, led by an accredited guide, covers Kazan's 1000-year history, the main stages of the construction of defensive fortifications on Kazan Hill, and the world-famous unique architectural objects of the Kremlin, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The tour participants will learn about the complexes of fortification buildings (towers and curtain walls), the Saviour's Transfiguration Cathedral, the Cannon Yard, the Junker Military School, Prisutstvennye Mesta (public offices), the Governor's Palace, as well as the city's religious shrines, the Kul Sharif Mosque, and the Annunciation Cathedral.
